Hope to see you all this evening! Weather is looking dry so we'll be training in the park, but on the concrete area, to avoid slippages.
We'll be sticking to a similar 'dirty thirty' to Wednesday, with the focus being on core and cardio, set to a fantastic 00s party soundtrack.
Second of all, reminder that this month's social is on Wednesday after bootcamp. Tickets are available online, so be sure to come along to that.
