It's rather cold outside, so I thought it best to re-cap some of our winter training guidance:
Bootcamps shall *start at 18:30*. If you arrive late, please simply find a spot and join in.
*Intensities are increased*, both for strength and cardio elements (intensity is relative so options to tailor exercises to ability remain)
*Essential Items*: Gloves (ideally thick with running gloves beneath for an extra layer), thick socks and upper and lower body underlayers
A neck warmer/snood is advised (as you may have for skiing or snow shoeing)
Extra *hot tea* shall be available should you need multiple cups during and after the workout
