TRIBES BOOTCAMP


Workout Summary

Join our TRIBES Bootcamp for a 60 minute full body functional group fitness workout. Always outdoors, all year long and with options for beginners, intermediate and experienced participants, our Bootcamp is the perfect addition to your training schedule. What to expect: - 60 Minutes full body functional workout consisting of a thorough warm-up, particularly for those with desk based jobs, a main workout targeting movement patterns that challenge your entire body and a stretching routine to close and cool down. - Qualified instruction from a TRIBES trainer - Fun music and challenges that raise the spirits and keep you going. - Continuous progression. Some of our community have been joining the bootcamp for several years so we keep it fresh and always a new challenge with redesigned workouts each month. What we provide: - All equipment necessary for your workout including a kneeling mat, resistance bands and other apparatus depending on the workout focus. What to bring: - Come wearing suitable training clothes, we train outdoors together (under shelter when it is raining). - A full bottle of water, especially during summer to remain hydrated. - A towel is also recommended for your hands for floor work if you prefer.
