Group Strength Training
Our strength training class combines traditional gym exercises with calisthenic exercises to build muscle, sculpt participants physiques and develop functional strength for use in everyday life.
As a small group class particpants receive a semi-personal training experience from a qualified personal trainer.
Each group trains together twice per week allowing the instructor to challenge various muscles groups and provide a wide variety of exercises.
In summary the strength class offers participants:
- An exciting alternative to individual gym training;
- Individual form and technique guidance;
- Indoors autumn and winter, outdoors spring and summer;
- A full body strength workout twice per week;
- A group chat for team discussion and events

Small Group, Periodic Intake
More complex exercises and equipment requires each attendee to be familiar with the exercises, to have knowledge of the correct form, to be supervised and to track their progress. For this reason the class is:
Limited to a small number of attendees per class (max 6);
Booking per intake: 6-8 training cycles*
*Booking for the next intake shall open 4 weeks prior to the start date.
In this way we can be confident you are exercising at the right level for your ability, can track your progress and are rewarded and motivated through your record of achievement.

COVID -19 Class Adaptations

LOCATION AND TIMING
The class runs outdoors during the spring and summer months and indoors during the autumn and winter months .The location shall always be in a convenient city centre location.

The class runs weekday evenings at 18:30, twice per week. Choose an intake option using the booking link below.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of unsafe conditions such as extreme weather the class may be relocated or cancelled, we shall seek to notify all participants with plenty of notice.
