Outdoor Strength Workout
Fitness centre's can at times be a daunting place and even for those who visit them regularly it can be difficult to stay motivated, focused and push yourself each and every time,; it's easy to slip into a comfort zone.
Our TRIBES strength class offers an alternative:
An outdoor gym style workouts in a small group
Tracking of your individual progress
Challenging your limits through progression testing
Regularly changing the routine to keep it interesting
The class is structured specifically to introduce progressive overload and stimulate muscular adaptation to build strength and all body muscle mass.

Using our portable gym equipment such as our pull-up and dip bars, suspension trainers and the familiar resistance bands, the class takes you through 60 minutes of exercise targeting full body functional strength and muscle growth.
Small Group, Periodic Intake, 8 Week Commitment
More complex exercises and equipment requires each attendee to be familiar with the exercises, to have knowledge of the correct form, to be supervised and to track their progress. For this reason the class is:
Limited to 4 attendees per class;
Booking per intake: 8 week training cycles*
Each client receives a progression card for their training journey
All clients undergo a progression testing and exercise instruction session on day 1 of the program
*Booking for the next intake shall open 4 weeks prior to the start date.
In this way we can be confident you are exercising at the right level for your ability, can track your progress and are rewarded and motivated through your record of achievement.

COVID -19 Class Adaptations
To ensure a safe and fun exercise environment, all trainers and participants must comply with the Swiss government regulations regarding COVID-19, see our COVID-19 page on our website for further information.
LOCATION AND TIMING
The class runs during the spring and summer months when the temperatures are warmer. In the event of wet weather the class is adapted and, if need be, relocated to a covered location. The location shall always be in a convenient city centre location.
APRIL to OCTOBER - Kasernenareal
The class runs twice per week on a Tuesday and Thursday evening, when booking you can choose either a 18:00 or a 19:15 start time.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of unsafe conditions such as extreme weather the class shall be cancelled and we shall seek to notify all participants with plenty of notice.
