 BOOTCAMP

 

Workout with us and members of the TRIBES community at our weekly all year round outdoor bootcamp.

Now in its' third year of operation, our weekly Monday and Wednesday bootcamp offers a full 60 minute fun workout. Designed for all abilities every workout delivers:

- Full Body Functional Strength Training, with harder and easier variations;

- Cardio Group Challenges

- Full Body Stretching and Cool Down

- Post workout refreshments to offer a chance to meet one another

- Last Wednesday of the month, post workout meal and social

To keep the sessions fun and engaging we introduce music and challenges that are popular amongst the community and social centric.

Come along and try a session, it is great fun, a hard workout and a great way to hang out together.

Taught by Bruce Maidment, certified personal trainer and sports conditioning coach.

YOGA VINYASA

 

Complete wellness goes beyond just physical training. Take a moment to refocus your energy, your mind and feel your body and book onto one of our yoga sessions. Specifically curated for all abilities, choose between:

VINYASA

Integrating dynamic Vinyasa Sequences in the beginning, to finish the class RESToring with Yin Poses. It will integrate some Pranayama, Meditation and playful asanas to experiment, getting to know your body more and creating your own regular practice. 

HATHA VINYASA

An approach to postural yoga, bringing attention to the breath, movement and body awareness. We will work with meditation, pranayama and a succession of asanas and postures to allow our system to harmonize, nourish and relax. Vinyasa means to "consciously place in a special way or particular order", so every week, we'll work with a different Sankalpa (intention) to make it your practice.
